Finding #1 · The Moses / Jethro Failure
Staff turnover was a symptom
The organization described hiring as “extremely difficult.” DPB challenged the assumption. Hiring difficulty is almost never the root problem — it is usually the downstream effect of poor onboarding, poor delegation, founder dependency or burnout structures. The audit revealed all four.
No Jethro architecture
Exodus 18 presents the first scalable organizational model. Jethro identifies leadership bottlenecks, centralized decisions and unsustainable dependency. The founder was functioning as chief clinician, chief trainer, chief troubleshooter, chief culture carrier and chief decision-maker. The system could not run without the founder. That is not leadership maturity — that is organizational immaturity.

Instead of founder → every employee, DPB created founder → senior leader, senior leader → trainers, trainers → team. This removed the single point of failure.
